SILAP has always been equipped with an up to date and market oriented production department in order to achieve quality and competitiveness' goals.

 Thanks to this policy, SILAP boasts of a first rate and progressing machinery: that is to say flexibility and accuracy.

SILAP is equipped with hydraulic punching machines which meet any technical requests. Punching department boasts a furnished punches crib. In order to be more and more productive, SILAP has provided its punching machines with loaded and unloaded automatic systems.

Production Department’s Instrumentation:

• N°. 1 hydraulic punching/shearing machine SHEAR BRILLANCE FINN POWER, operation range 3000 x 1500, provided with 42 working stations and automatic loader and unloader.

• Nr.2 AMADA hydraulic punching machine mod. VIPROS255, operation range 1270 x 1270, provided with 31 working stations 

• N°. 1 hydraulic punching/laser machine LASER BRILLANCE FINN POWER, operation range 3000 x 1500, provided with 42 working stations and automatic loader and unloader.

Thanks to the wide range of its bending machines, SILAP can bend any shape from the simplest to the more involved one, into minimum batches or bigger ones. Automatic bending units guarantee the peak productivity.

Production Department’s Instrumentation:

• N° 10 SCHIAVI bending machine

• N°1 bending machine AMADA HFP 130/3

• N° 1 robot bending machine mod. AMADA ASTRO MH100

Laser is the universal tool which meets every request. In addition to laser cut of drawn components (5 axis laser technology), SILAP has equipped its laser two-dimensional machines with loaded and unloaded automatic systems in order to optimize its peak productivity.

Production Department’s Instrumentation:

• N° 2 PRIMA INDUSTRIE laser cutting machine, 3D five axis, power 3000 watt, operation range 3200 x 1525 x 600

• N° 2 MAZAK laser cutting machine, power 2000 watt, operation range 1500 x 3000 with FMS station

• N° 1 MAZAK laser cutting machine, power 2500 watt, operation range 1500 x 3000 with FMS station

SILAP's policy has always pursued quality goals, by means of checking every single working run 'till end product. SILAP has implemented its quality control department with measure units (repetitive and automatic check).

SILAP is provided with a powdered painting department which can imitate any range of colour.

SILAP performs welding and spot-welding assuring repetitiveness and accuracy. Automatic units have increased speed of working cycles.

Production Department’s Instrumentation:

• Nr. 2 PANASONIC welding robot 6 axis mod. AW010 – AW006 with welding machine mod. HF350 Panastar.

• MILLER welding machine (TIG).

• Nr. 3 metal electrode inert gas welding machine (MIG).

• Nr. 6 spot welding machine.

In order to supply a complete item, SILAP is equipped with an schedule assembly department.
